TOP CHEF

Top Chef is an American reality competition television series that premiered on March 8, 2006, on Bravo. The show features the best aspiring and promising chefs from around the country that are put to the test in various culinary challenges with one or more contestants eliminated in each episode. Each week, the hopeful chefs are judged by a panel of professional chefs, experts, and other notables from the food and wine industry as they compete for the title “Top Chef.” Top Chef is aired in 176 territories and is an international pop culture phenomenon, which inspired 23 countries to produce their own local versions.

After 17 years of hosting Top Chef, the 20th season was Padma's last as host of the show.
