Juice of ½ a lemon
1 3 inch spring of fresh rosemary
1 ½ teaspoon sugar
¼ to ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper
4 oz. San Pellegrino
½ oz. Patron Silver


Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Serve in a rocks glass over ice.
